Govt: We Can't Interfere With FIFA's FAM Probe

The government cannot interfere with the investigation into the FAM.  

The Youth and Sports Ministry explained that doing so could lead to the association being suspended by FIFA.  

As such, authorities will proceed with caution.  

This, as the FAM is being probed over allegations that falsified documents were submitted to FIFA regarding seven naturalized footballers in the national team.

Liverpool have regained their form!

This, after defeating Real Madrid 1 – nil to secure a crucial Champions League victory at Anfield. 

Alexis Mac Allister scored the only goal of the match in the second half.

The match leaves both clubs with nine points apiece, with Los Blancos sitting 5th in the standings while The Reds place one spot below them in 6th.
