West Ham reignite hopes of a top four EPL finish

West Ham have moved into the EPL top four, after a 3-2 win over Wolves this morning.

The Hammers are now one point ahead of Chelsea, who drop to fifth.

Meanwhile, Everton’s hopes of qualifying for the Champions League suffered a blow, after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Crystal Palace.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side are now five points off the top four…but still have a game in hand over their rivals.

Barcelona have moved up to second in the La Liga standings after a 1-0 win over Real Valladolid.

Ousmane Dembele smashed in the winner in the final minute of the match.

The Catalan side are now just one point behind leaders Atletico, who suffered a surprise defeat yesterday.

It also means that just three points separate Atletico, Barcelona and third-placed Real Madrid…heading into the final nine games of the season.

Lee Zii Jia is aiming to become the badminton world number one in two years.

The current world number eight says he will use this time to work on his biggest weakness…which is a lack of consistency.

North Korea says it will not be participating in this year’s Tokyo Olympics, to protect its athletes amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pyongyang officially maintains that it has no coronavirus cases…but has enforced strict measures against the virus, including closing off its borders.
