Arsenal survive Anfield scare

Apr 10, 2023

arsenal survive anfield scare

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta admits his players lost control at Anfield, in their 2-2 EPL draw with Liverpool.

The Spaniard believes his team failed to kill the game off despite taking a two-goal lead in the first half.

However, he conceded that a draw was a fair result, although it means they are now only six points ahead of second placed Man City, having played a game more.

In another EPL result, Crystal Palace recorded a convincing 5-1 win over Leeds – who now only sit two points above the relegation zone.
