Liverpool will be without their first-choice keeper Allison for at least a month.

The Brazilian picked up a hamstring injury in their win over Crystal Palace last weekend and is not expected back until the middle of November.

He will miss crucial EPL games against Chelsea and Arsenal as well as Champions League ties against RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen.

However, he could make it back in time for the Reds’ massive European tie against Real Madrid on November 28th.

Erik Ten Hag will reportedly remain as Man United boss.

Multiple UK sources say the United hierarchy has decided to stick with the under-fire manager, despite the club making one of its worst starts to a season ever.

The Red Devils are currently 14th in the EPL standings, five points off the relegation zone, after winning just two of their seven league games this season.

-

The Wimbledon tennis tournament will be adopting the use of electronic line calling from next year.

It is the third Grand Slam after the Australian and US Opens to do away with line judges, leaving the French Open as the only Major yet to adopt the new technology.

-

Perak has marched into the semifinals of the Razak Cup hockey tournament after a dominant 14-nil group win over the Police.

They will next face Johor in the last four while Pahang will take on Terengganu in the other semis tie.
