BAM Still Shopping For New Head Coach

Oct 11, 2024

bam still shopping for new head coach

We will have to wait a while longer to find out who will be our new badminton head coach folowing Hendrawan's departure.

Earlier reports said that BAM was expected to make an announcement today.

However, it's president now says it will only be done once everything is completed.

Meanwhile, reports say the coach's responsibilities will be expanded, to cover both BAM's men's and women's singles players.

Arsenal are sweating on the fitness of Bukayo Saka, ahead of a crucial Premier League game against Liverpool later this month.

This is after the England attacker suffered a suspected leg injury in this morning's Nations League defeat to Greece.

According to reports, Saka is now a serious doubt for their other Nations League clash against Finland this weekend.

--

Reports say Liverpool are looking at several potential new right-backs, IF they fail to get a new deal for the Real Madrid-linked Trent Alexander-Arnold.

They include Bayer Leverkusen's Jeremie Frimpong and Fiorentina's Michael Kayode.

--

And Chelsea's bid to sign Napoli striker Victor Ohsimen has been given a boost.

The Nigerian is currently on loan at Galatasaray, but latest reports say the Turkish club have decided not to make the move permanent.
