Melaka currently tops the standings at the SUKMA Games in Sarawak. 

Both medals came from Wushu, in the boys’ and girls’ nanquan.  

Selangor also earned a gold in Wushu, in the girls taijijian.  

Meanwhile Perak and Terengganu have earned one gold medal each through cycling.

Shah Firdaus Sahrom has again criticized Malaysian netizens for their online attacks on Japanese track cyclist Shinji Nakano. 

This after Nakano’s social media accounts were flooded with thousands of hateful messages from people blaming him for a crash that happened in the Paris Olympics Kierin final.  

Shah Firdaus says he's ashamed of the behavior of these keyboard warriors, adding that collisions are common in track cycling.
