Barcelona Are La Liga Champions

Barcelona have been crowned La Liga Champions!

The Catalan side sealed their first league title since the 2018-2019 season with four games left to play, after a 4-2 win over Espanyol this morning.

It is also their first La Liga title since Lionel Messi left the club, and Xavi Hernandez’s first title in his first season as manager.

Over in the EPL, Man City are one win away from retaining the league title after a comfortable 3-0 win over Everton.

This as Arsenal fell to a shock 3-0 defeat to Brighton at the Emirates this morning.

City are now four points clear at the top of table, having played one game less than the Gunners.

Elsewhere, Brentford eased to a 2-0 victory over West Ham.

Back home in the Malaysian Super League, Negeri Sembilan has ended KL City’s four game unbeaten run with a 2-1 home victory.

And, Malaysia has won another gold at the Cambodia SEA Games through Rory Thor Chuan Leong in men’s snooker, making it a total of 29 gold medals for the national contingent so far.
