Tottenham started their EPL campaign with a 1-0 home win over defending champions Man City.
Spurs were without their unsettled star striker Harry Kane, but Son Heung Min stepped up to score the winner in the 55th minute.
It was the perfect start to the season for new manager Nuno Espirito Santo.
The result also means City have now lost on their last four visits to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium in all competitions.
Meanwhile, West Ham had to fight back twice to pull off a highly-entertaining 4-2 win over Newcastle.
