KPG Wants A Good Pitch

Harimau Malaya coach Kim Pan Gon is hoping for a good pitch, for their World Cup qualifier against Oman in Bukit Jalil tomorrow. 

He says stadium technicians and contractors have assured him that it will be in a playable condition for the clash.  

This, amid reports of a poor-quality pitch at the national stadium.

Julian Nagelsmann has confirmed he has opened talks to extend his contract as Germany's national head coach.  

His current term is due to expire after Euro 2024 this summer.  

This, amid recent rumours linking him with the impending vacancy at Liverpool.  

It's believed that Nagelsmann was one of Liverpool's alternative candidates, if they fail to persuade Xabi Alonso to replace Jurgen Klopp.

Atletico Madrid have asked Man United to slash their asking price for Mason Greenwood. 

The Spanish giants are keen on signing the player, who's currently on loan at Getafe.  

United reportedly want 60 million euros for Greenwood, but Atletico believe he's only worth 30 million.
