Man United Stun Arsenal

Man United have blown the EPL title race open, after a 3-2 win over leaders Arsenal at the Emirates.

This is the Red Devils first win away to the Gunners since 2017 and their second big result against a title contender, after their victory over Man City last weekend.

The result leaves Arsenal with a four-point lead over City, while United are now into the top four.

In other EPL results…Aston Villa defeated Newcastle 2-0

Chelsea had a 3-1 win over Crystal Palace.

While Nottingham Forest defeated Brentford 2-0.

Over in La Liga…Barcelona are back on top of the standings after a 3-0 victory over Oviedo.

Barca hold a slim one-point advantage over bitter rivals Real Madrid.

Malaysia has made a clean sweep of the doubles titles at the Indonesian Badminton Masters.

Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei created history by becoming the first Malaysian pair to win the mixed doubles title there…beating their Danish opponents in the final.

Goh Sze Fei and Nur Izzuddin picked up their first title of the year, beating their opponents from the host nation to clinch the men’s doubles crown.

While Pearly Tan and M.Thinaah were named women’s doubles champions, after their Japanese opponents conceded a walkover.

Still on our athletes…the Malaysian contingent at the ASEAN Para Games has successfully hit its 181-medal target with a final haul of 64 gold, 64 silver and 73 bronze.
