The captain scored the opening goal in their 2-0 win over Sweden in their playoff final this morning, before Piotr Zielinski sealed the win in the 72nd minute.
Senegal are through to the World Cup after a 3-1 penalty shootout win over Egypt.
The tie was level at 1-all on aggregate at the end of extra-time.
