Chelsea’s hopes of a top four Premiership finish received a massive boost, with a 1-0 win over Norwich this morning.

Olivier Giroud netted the only goal of the game, heading in the winner at the stroke of half-time.

The win strengthens Chelsea’s hold on third place, four points above Leicester and Man United.

Atalanta pile on the goals

Atalanta is now the second-highest scoring club among Europe’s top five leagues this campaign.

The Serie A side, who are currently second in the Italian league standings, defeated Brescia 6-2, to take their goal tally for the season to 93.

That’s only 7 fewer goals than the continent’s most prolific goalscorers, Bayern Munich.

PSG turn their attention to Rashford

Reports say French champions PSG are eyeing Man United forward Marcus Rashford, although its not known if any official approach has been made.

Rashford, however, is greatly valued at Old Trafford, with United unlikely to let their prized asset leave for anything less than a nine-figure sum.
