Coutinho and Griezmann could get pay cuts

Barcelona are reportedly in talks with some of its players over potential pay cuts, due to their unsteady financial situation.

Reports claim Barca are speaking with players Phillipe Coutinho and Antoine Griezmann to reduce their wages.

Coutinho still has three years left on his current contract, while Griezmann will remain with the club until the end of the 2023/2024 campaign.

Liverpool reportedly willing to pay for Koulibaly

Liverpool are reportedly willing to meet Napoli’s asking price of 65 million pounds for defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

According to reports, the club is stepping up efforts to secure Koulibaly, as their defender Virgil Van Dijk is likely to miss the remainder of the season due to injury.

Koulibaly has also been linked to French club PSG.

Lewis Hamilton only focused on winning

F1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton says sorting out a new deal to remain with Mercedes is not his main priority now.

He says his sole focus is on winning this year’s world championship.

Hamilton is expected to remain with Mercedes next season, however the two parties have yet to table talks over a new deal.
