Djoko Closes In On US Open Title

Novak Djokovic has booked his place in the final of the US tennis Open with a straight sets win over Kei Nishikori.
The Serbian is now gunning for his 14th Grand Slam title, which will put him joint-third on the all-time list behind Rafa Nadal and Roger Federer.
Djokovic will next take on Juan Martin Del Potro, who advanced after Rafa Nadal was forced to retire midway through their semifinal due to a knee injury.
This is Del Potro's first appearance in a Grand Slam final since 2009.
