Fabregas Leaves Chelsea

Cesc Fabregas has left Chelsea to join French club Monaco.
The Spaniard, who joined the Blues in 2014, played his last match for the club in the FA Cup win over Nottingham Forrest last weekend.

During his time at Stamford Bridge he made 198 appearances, winning two Premier League titles and an FA Cup.
Fabregas heads to Monaco on a three-and-a-half year deal, and will reunite with his former Arsenal teammate Thierry Henry, who's now in charge of the Ligue 1 outfit.
