Brendan Rodgers has been appointed as Leicester City's new manager.

The ex-Liverpool boss takes over from Claude Puel, who was sacked after just 16 months in charge.

Former Arsenal and Man City defender Kolo Toure also joins the Foxes as a first team coach, having worked with Rodgers at his former club Celtic.

Meanwhile, Leicester impressed their new boss with a 2-1 win over Brighton in the Premiership this morning.

Chelsea boss Maurizzio Sarri has yet to decide whether to pick Kepa Arrizabalaga for tomorrow's Premiership encounter with Tottenham.

It follows the goalkeeper's controversial behaviour in the League Cup final, where he openly refused to be substituted.

Sergio Ramos charged by UEFA

UEFA have charged Sergio Ramos with deliberately receiving a yellow card, during the first leg of Real Madrid's Champions League last-16 tie against Ajax.

This, after the defender apparently admitted after the match, that he deliberately got himself booked, so that he would be suspended for the second leg...thus freeing him to play in the quarterfinals.

Ramos faces a two-match ban if found guilty.
