Mourinho's Manchester United appointment moves a step closer

Jose Mourinho's appointment as Manchester United manager has moved a step closer, after an issue with the copyright of Mourinho's name is understood to have been resolved.
This as the name 'Jose Mourinho' was registered as a trademark of Chelsea FC on the European Union's Intellectual Property Database.
Other issues that need to be ironed out are his pre-existing sponsorship commitments, including watch and car deals, which are in conflict with United's sponsors.
