Neymar to undergo surgery.

PSG say forward Neymar will undergo surgery, after he suffered a foot and ankle injury earlier this week.
It means the Brazilian will miss next week's Champions League last-16 second-leg tie against Real Madrid.
The club said Neymar will be operated on in Brazil at the end of the week.
