Sergio Ramos slams critics of Champions League challenges

Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos has slammed crticism of his tackles on Liverpool duo Mohamed Salah and Loris Karius in the Champions League final.
The Spaniard's clash with Salah caused the Egyptian to limp off with a shoulder injury, while Karius suffered a concussion as a result of his collision with Ramos.
Ramos says both incidents have been blown out of proportion.
