The EPL Is Back!

Man City resumed their EPL campaign with 3-nil win over Arsenal this morning.

Raheem Sterling scored the opener, followed by goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden..

City boss Pep Guardiola said he was happy with how the team played in their first competitive game in 3 months.

"In the beginning there was a lot of energy. It was not quiet and after 20 minutes we started getting chances. In general I can't say anything else other than
be happy about the performance of the team".

The result means City are now 22 points behind runaway leaders Liverpool.

Meanwhile Sheffield United drew nil-nil with Aston Villa.

The result denied Sheffield the chance to leapfrog Man United to 5th place in the EPL table.

Uefa has confirmed the dates for the Champions League's resumption. 

The remainder of the last-16 matches will be held between August 7th and 8th. 

The subsequent knockout rounds will be single-leg affairs, to be played in Lisbon, Portugal from August 12th to the 23rd. 

Istanbul, whcih was originally supposed to host this season's final, will now host the final in 2021.

Uefa also confirmed that the delayed Euro 2020 will take place starting 11th June 2021.

Arek Milik scored the winner, as Napoli defeated Juventus 4-2 on penalties to win the Coppa Italia.

The match went to a shootout, after the game ended at nil-nil after 90 minutes

This is Napoli's 1st major trophy in 6 seasons.
