Tottenham will not compete for targets of other top teams

May 18, 2017

Tottenham will not be competing for the same players being targetted by other top teams.

Manager Mauricio Pochettino says, they can't compete with their richer rivals, and despite securing a Champions League place, it always comes down to salary.

He adds that Spurs must unearth more young players instead, just like how they took a big risk with Dele Alli.

Meanwhile, Pochettino has guaranteed that he will still be Tottenham's manager at the start of next season.

He has also rubbished reports claiming that there's a buy-out clause in his contract.

This, after he was linked with a move to Barcelona or Inter Milan.
