Werner To Chelsea Confirmed

Jun 18, 2020

It's official: RB Leipzig's Timo Werner will be at Chelsea next season.

This is after Blues confirmed they've agreed a deal to sign the German striker, in a deal that's reported to be around 47 million pounds.

Werner will officially join Chelsea in July, once the current Bundesliga season is finished, meaning he will NOT take part in Leipzig's Champions League campaign.

Arsenal defender David Luiz has taken the blame for the Gunners 3-nil defeat to Man City this morning.

Luiz, who was responsible for 2 of City's goals before he got sent off, says he was mentally distracted due to his ongoing contract issues...

Luiz's contract expires at the end of the month, and he wants to stay, but for now it's unclear if this morning's performance will have an impact on his future.
